Phishing Alert: First Financial has verified that phishing attempts have been made on some of our customers. "Phishing" is an e-mail threat where fraudulent e-mails appear from a well-known company and ask you to provide information or click on a link. Customers have reported receiving e-mails appearing to be from First Financial employees requesting that they click on a link to pay an invoice. These e-mails have not been sent from First Financial and are not legitimate. PLEASE DELETE THE MESSAGES IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM. Simply clicking the link in a spoofed e-mail can be dangerous, even if you do not complete the action. If you have received these emails, please reach out to your IT department to do a scan on your system.
